A new training brand that took a fresh approach to delivering coffee excellence with the aim of helping customers to create exceptional coffee built on three key principles; Measure, Train and Excel.

A data collection tool that grades a site(s) performance against five core zones. A complete coffee check consisting of an on -site 25-point coffee excellence check, practical, hands-on training courses including Speciality Coffee Association (SA) Accreditations across multiple disciplines, clear and concise training materials and easy-to-follow, online training videos.

UCC Coffee identified the importance of engaging with people across the entire business of their customers, from seniors to site operators, to deliver the right support at the right time in a structured, consistent and quantifiable manner.

The Coffee Works training video series

We conducted a three day on-site video shoot to capture the footage for the training series and in total eight videos were created to form the series. Prior to filming, started we created storyboards to ensure all stages of training were captured during filming. Alongside storyboards we created visual styling boards, which came to life through each of the videos.
