Making a stand.
A complete exhibition stand to attract over 2,000 visitors from fleets of all sizes at the Fleet Management Show to reinforce the BP Brand but also to increase awareness of their Fuel Card offering.
BP Fuel Cards challenged Cygnus to deliver a truly creative and engaging stand design that would maximise the BP Sales Team's opportunities to nurture existing relationships and drive new business acquisitions, both at the show and beyond.
A warm welcome.
BP wanted an easily accessible, welcoming stand design that communicated the key areas of the BP UK Fuel Cards offering. From the new digital platform BPme to the Wild Bean Café brand; providing freshly made food and high quality coffee. They wanted to showcase the host of industry-leading benefits available including competitive pricing, an extensive network, enhanced security and easy control of fleet admin and management information.
The BPme app allows users to easily find their nearest BP, pay for fuel and collect Nectar points.
New technologies, new audiences.
Our aim was to give Fleet Managers a reason to want to visit the stand and talk to the BP Sales Team. We wanted to utilise new technology to demonstrate and engage new audiences, going beyond traditional forms of stand media using interactive games and shareable content. We also wanted to offer a post-show communications strategy that would allow multiple areas of BP to leverage from the exposure, utilising lead data captured to target potential prospects across varying media channels.

The exhibition created essential contacts and first-hand industry insight, contributing to integrated marketing activity post-show and delivering key messaging across a variety of communications.
