With a relationship of more than 6 years, beginning in 2014 we have continued to work closely with the marketing teams at Autoglym to deliver a connected digital experience across both consumer channels and their professional network, allowing Autoglym to create a fully data driven vue of their organisation.

Autoglym is a British manufacturer of a range of car care and valeting products, which are sold in over 45 countries. The company's products are used by customers such as vehicle manufacturers, distributors, bodyshops, professional valeting companies and transport operators.

Working closely with the Autoglym Marketing departments across Consumer Products, Professional Services and Lifeshine, Cygnus was tasked with delivering a complete eCommerce experience, that serviced both the consumer and professional client base. Whilst being integrated into the current client CRM system, a system that allowed professional customers an unprecedented level of control over their professional account and franchise network.

Traditionally Autoglym has always sold their products through retail outlets, but they wanted to evolve this proposition and share the expertise of some of the countries best car detailers. Its was this which lead to a focussed eCommerce solution, allowing Autoglym to engage directly with their customers.

Our relationship with Autoglym has continued to grow since 2014, the partnership we have with Autoglym goes far beyond the usual, Dan Walker our Technical Team Leader regularly works onsite directly with the Ecommerce team, allowing the marketing and ecommerce team to directly discuss and evolve the current brief. Dan has been working onsite at Autoglym for over a year now, working on technical solutions to service the ever changing retail and professional landscape.

With the COVID-19 pandemic making onsite working currently difficult, our Technical Team Leader has continued to deliver the same level of service remotely and continues to be supported by the wider development team. This unique and dedicated relationship with the marketing and digital teams at Autoglym means we have continued to deliver an incredible level of support over the last 6 years, whilst building a long-lasting partnership with the organisation.
