The role:
We’re growing the team and looking for a strategically minded Senior Conceptual Creative within our thriving, award winning creative and digital agency. We’re looking for a bold and brave thinker. Someone that never mutters the words “that’ll do”. Someone that loves nothing more than to chuck themselves in, not quite sure where you’ll pop out! With an amazing client list, we have multiple streams of creative work, across a variety of clients and sectors, you’ll be working closely with the Creative Director and Creative Lead, helping to steer branding and campaigns which will span across multiple touch points including print, websites, social, PPC advertising, film and animation… or anywhere else the project needs to go! Conceptual thinking is where you’ll excel, and you will be comfortable absorbing or creating insights to create powerful ideas. Messaging development and headline writing is another key area of this role, and you’ll play a huge part in helping us on our mission to deliver incredibly creative work for our key accounts and push boundaries with pitch/tender opportunities. Fitting into our collaborative culture, you’ll know how to prioritise, manage up and down and ensure projects are delivered on time to the highest quality. You will also enjoy supporting junior team members and working openly with the wider agency all in the name of creating work that we’re proud of.
Key responsibilities:
- Be the custodian of ideas, delivering on your vision from concept through to delivery
- Work on compelling pitches/proposals for potential clients across a mix of sectors
- Help to mentor and inspire junior members of the creative team and lead specific projects
- Deliver campaign work and have a broad mindset to think across different marketing channels to best suit the target audience and objectives of the project
- Hands-on ability to bring your ideas to life through conceptual designs/visuals
- Take a lead on some accounts but the ability to think broadly across all when required
- Alongside the Client Services team, present and sell in creative projects to clients
- Deliver a wide variety of creatively led projects from print, digital, film and animation, working alongside the wider agency team
- Have the ability to write scripts for animation and film, plus experience of collaboration throughout the production process with photography and video partners

- Great knowledge of Adobe CC: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator plus other packages would be an advantage.
