Discover how we took premium coffee brand Grand Crü on its next journey
Grand Crü represents the pinnacle of the UCC Coffee range. A premium crop of outstanding quality is chosen by recognised experts that search for a unique character, complexity and extraordinary flavour; sourcing the finest crops from around the globe.
Grand Crü is the ideal premium coffee, however the packaging and literature did not reflect how great the coffee was; the full potential of the brand and coffee within were not being showcased.
We were challenged to enhance, develop and prepare Grand Crü coffee for their re-launch at the London Coffee Festival as well as improve engagement and increase sales.
The new logo was designed to focus on elegance and class, with the aim of being a recognisable marque which can sit alone from the name.
Applying the Brand
We produced a range of collateral materials including table talkers, posters, POS displays and loyalty cards. We created a library of photography that supports the premium quality of the brand which is used across printed and digital material.
The brand design was predominately type led; a bespoke serif typeface with a fluid look and feel was introduced and we continued to incorporate the umlaut markers within the design.
The revamped, high end, premium coffee brand was now presented in spot UV contoured packaging, with a matt black label.
